The Process
When a client wants a website we go through the following steps to make sure they get what they need:
Client Consultation
We consult with new clients to find out what they want and what they think they need. By asking a number of questions about the project and the company, we are able to craft solutions that meet company goals and work for the client.
Development
During the development phase of a project we are in regular communication with the client. There is always a site for the client to look at and provide feedback on. We work with the client to create the website they need.
Testing
Once the website is near completion we test it on a number of different browsers on both PC and Mac operating systems. We make sure everything works properly and that everyone can view the site.
Site Launch
Once all the testing has been completed we upload the site to the clients server - effectively "Going Live!" We then conduct a few more tests and iron out any bugs, if there are any, when they occur.
Follow Up
We provide two-weeks of free support once the site is launched. After the two week period we provide support on an hourly basis. Service contracts are available if requested.
